Santa Claus Impersonator Brings Controversy to Gamblers Lodge Forum

A Gamblers Lodge Forum member with the username KrisK and a profile that includes hobbies like ice fishing and reindeer breeding, has caused quite a stir by admitting he is the real Santa. What started off appearing to be a joke has upset some members of the forum, drawing complaints and some name-calling.
Responding to player complaints was Gamblers Lodge spokesperson, Lou Thompson, who commented that KrisK is doing nothing against the forum rules, and has a right to claim he is Santa, if that is truly what he believes.
Some members said that associating Santa Claus with online casino gambling is offensive and poses a risk to children, and should be stopped, stated Thompson. However, the forum does not permit minors under the age of eighteen to view posts, and that the only thing members must stop is the offensive name-calling, which has already been addressed with those individuals responsible.
For now, KrisK continues joking with members, promising gifts to those who are nice, coal to those who are naughty, and sharing his experiences playing Ho Ho Ho video slots. |
